  : Room was comfortable, external pools and beach were well kept, we visited early October so we there were plenty of sun loungers but expect this wouldnt be the case in peak season. The buffet offering was one of the better had at an all inclusive and the food at the restaurants were great. The service staff at the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the head chef for your time sorting out my sons diary allergy and accommodating accordingly!
  : some of the staff were rude which is a shame as others were lovely! on a number of occasions food outlets ran out of basic items meaning walking across the resort to others to find out they too had run out. On tap beer was awful and undrinkable luckily there was a bottle option in the AI offering which was a better. No baby bottle wash facilities available and given its a family resort I was surprised by this and saves the hotel team having to send steamers to every room and wash bottles in your bathroom sink. Buffet was very chaotic at times and started far to late for smaller children at 6.30. I would also struggle to see how the buffet area can accommodate at full capacity of the hotel in high season. Further we had a battle to get into the restaurants as we were only there for 4 days - definitely suggest for shorter stays the hotel needs to accommodate accordingly and not waste guests time in trying to get bookings and/or try book in advance but on arrival the guest services simply saying that all restaurants are fully booked during your stay is unacceptable. Also note the pools were really cold in early Oct.

  : If you want to eat In the different restaurants in the resort you should book it before your arrival, it is taken very fast

  : Well, the place is loosing its ratings and that is reasonable. Pluses I would notice: good food (a lot of options for vegetarians), all food is good quality, you wont have problems with your stomach for sure. For adults a saving ring are pools and the beach from the adults hotel nearby. There you will have nice furniture as shown on pics and no babies. Thats pretty it. All other aspects are almost horrible.
  : Extreme mess and dirty everywhere you go except main restaurant. Pools are full of mug, sand and look horrible. The territory is not maintained properly. Our rooms were not cleaned during the whole stay. Horrible housekeeping with attitude, changed our towels twice , thats it )))) by the end of our stay we had the whole table full of unfinished drinks on the balcony ahah which was extreme. The only guy who was working everyday is the one who brought us minibar. Talking about facilities itself: for adults its impossible to rest because of babies everywhere; for parents with kids its impossible to have a nice quality vacation because zones for kids are complete mess and not what shown on the pictures. One small nice pool with sun beds with mattresses should be reserved by 7am, otherwise you wont be laying there.

  : It was just excellent throughout, all the staff were amazing, food was good and a great selection, plenty of pools. Splash park, supermarket on site, evening entertainment, small arcade, kids disco. We really enjoyed it

  : Great facilities, especially the pools. Food was delicious with lots of choice. Very nice feel to the hotel and very good value for money. Adult evening entertainment was surprisingly good.
  : Small gripes in an overall lovely stay: rooms were on the small side with a lack of storage. Childrens entertainment was pretty average. Music by the main pool in the morning was waaaay too loud.

  : Lovely hotel, amazing pool and beach area, kids friendly but never felt too much, helpful and pleasant staff, 10min drive to Rhodos town. Boat trip to Lindos option right by the hotel beachYou have everything you need all at one place without having to make compromises
  : Minor stuff: juice awful, long queues for coffee but you could get filter coffee insteadQuite a large hotel if you are looking for something smaller or cosier
