  : High quality hotel, good staff,, comfortable.Upgraded from half board to all inclusive and given a suite. This was very generous of them and much appreciated.

  : Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and the old town. Freshly pressed orange juice and fruits at breakfast. The AC worked fine.
  : The rooms have no soundproofing and we could hear everything from the hallway as if there was no door at all. Our sleep was greatly disturbed by doors slamming in the early morning, or furniture being dragged across the floor in above rooms. At breakfast, there was a decent selection of fresh fruit and the freshly pressed orange juice was fantastic - however, the scrambled eggs were gray and tasteless and the bacon was like rubber. The hotel is in deep need of renovations as everything is old and outdated. A couple of examples: the bathroom has virtually no ventilation; the hair dryer looked like it's from the 1980s and broke during gentle use; the floors are severely crooked/uneven. The only thing that deserved a 4 star rating were the staff, whom I only have good words for. The hotel building itself is closer to a 2 star rating.
