  : The property is beachfront , location is good for a relaxing vacation time, restaurants have a nice view to the sea
  : The property is very old, some parts of the tubs are damaged. We heard fron the staff that the owner is going to demolish the hotel and build a new one and thats probably one reason they are not doing a good job in maintenance

  : Main restaurant meals and management was great. Room was great - apart from the stained carpets. Evening music was good to have, and some of the acts were great. Service in the restaurant and at the pool bars was exceptionally good.
  : Concierge lady was not very friendly. Room carpet was badly stained - not good for top-end suite. Lifts were terrible - not working some of the time and not feeling safe to use the rest of the time. ATM machine gave a very poor rate - surprised the hotel having an ATM giving such a rate to customers. Also, when you get to the point of seeing the exchange rate the transaction cannot be cancelled - appalling.

  : - We really liked the taste of what was served over breakfast, lunch and dinner (especially vegetables were very fresh and tasty). - Room service did a very nice job. - All of the staff was very friendly. - Our bed was comfortable. - Beach was clean and warm at the time we have been there. (though quite windy). - They made a very nice gesture to bring a cake and champagne for my birthday. - Its location made it easier for us to take boat tours and also for shopping.
  : In general I would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. - AC in our room started to smell in our last day at the hotel. - Bathroom had a heavy odor. - The hotel is not air conditioned properly, it was quite hot inside in general. - We didn't like the alcoholic beverages in general, I believe it is related to the quality of alcohol used. - Wifi was not working from our room at all, and when the hotel started to become crowd it just stopped working. - While I liked the taste of the food which was served over breakfast, lunch and dinner , there was a lack of variety across different days in its main restaurant. - Pools were clean but it is simply impossible to find a sun lounger at its opening time on the big pool. People throw their towels and leave, it was very unpleasant. - I would expect them to at least serve drinks at the beach. - It seemed like hotel crew was outstaffed in general. - We were unable to make a reservation for their pan asian or italian restaurants of theirs.
