  : The Apartment was clean and tidy and in a very good location.
  : The property stair well had a bad smell on the bottom floor I think this was due to one of the residents but it still wasnt nice.Also arriving to the apartment finding we had to pick keys up from a shop a couple of miles away, it would be so much easier with a code lock box other than its was a good stay.

  : Lovely modern apartment close to centre of reading.
  : Property take a security deposit of 250 which is not mentioned on the booking page when you book the apartment. Also the money is taken up front for the property, even though booking . Com when booking say pay at property. Picking and dropping the keys off was difficult. The communal stairs to the property smelt awful. Property was damaged on arrival so had to report it.

  : property is of good quality and well done up
  : the whole thing around the arrangement with key pick up, key handover, etc was a mess. the apartment was filled with cig smoke when we moved in and all they gave was a hope to send an air freshener after 24 hours. when we arrived to collect the key from a small shop (2kms away from the property), the key wasnt there. we were made to wait for an hour outside the apartment. there was just a half toilet roll in one bathroom and none on the other. there were not enough bath towels for 3 adults. there were just 2 dishwashing capsules. when we requested for all of these they delivered after 1 1/2 days that too after multiple reminders. eventually, they delivered all these at 10 pm. the explanation given by the property company is that they provide toilet rolls only in one toilet. the staff were rigid and on their own they offered a credit of UKP 30 for making us wait for the key. anyway, I ended up spending UKP 20 on Uber
