WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The apartments are cleaned 5 days a week; the towels are changed three times a week and the sheets twice weekly.

Key collection and check-in take place at the Apartamentos Riosol, at Calle Isla de Lobos, 1. Breakfast and dinner are also served here.

Please note that the swimming pool is accessed by a flight of stairs.
