  : The pool area was exceptional
  : The apartment was supposed to sleep 5 but there was only 2 cups. Also swarming with tiny ants all over work surfaces in kitchen and every where in bedroom couldn't get rid of them so couldn't prepare food. Also doors weren't secure. I didnt complain as I was only there for 3 days but had I been there longer theres no way I could have stayed there. It's a shame because some of apartments look lovely

  : The location was excellent. On the flat. Close to beach and shops and restaurants. Pool was really nice also.
  : Arrival night. No reception open and not made aware that this would be the case. We asked the property to arrange a taxi and even the taxi driver didnt know that reception wasnt open as he brought us to reception first and then he told us he had a code for the key box at front door of apartment. First thing that greeted us was a half dead cockroach on the floor of living room entrance. Didnt think too much of this as the place looked to be very clean. Went to go to local shop and when we tried to lock the back door (into poolside) the patio door was accessible from the outside even though the door was locked. We reported this to reception the next morning when they opened. It took 2 days for the door to be fixed. We cant understand how this was not fixed as it wasnt broken a couple of days. How nobody else had reported it beggars belief. The most important thing to anyone on holiday is the safety of your family. The washing machine also caused a problem and we were blamed for breaking it. The door of top loader closed for me and then after it started a cycle there was a blocked port. Reception were very quick to blame us. She did offer to wash our clothes but I would never ask anyone to wash my underwear. The cockroaches were quick to make a comeback. We had several a couple of nights later. This would indicate to me that the pest control was not up to scratch. This is not good enough in our eyes.

  : Very central within walking distance of the harbour and the shopping centre would definitely stay again
  : The room we had had no ac only ceiling fans and the time we stayed was in the middle of a heat wave

  : The location is amazing really close beach and centre. The pool is lovely and there were plenty of sun beds in the first week but there were people staying the second week that kept reserving sun beds and going off to the beach all day. The apartments are basic and we were there when it was very hot so sleeping can be a bit of a challenge when its so hot. I would book one with air con next time
  : We had apartment 2 and 4. They were both superior ones but I felt apartment 2 was no where near the same standard as 4. In apartment 2 The front door was difficult to open and the patio door we couldnt lock from the outside. The toilet seat was broken as well but it did not affect our stay. The decor was very tired too. I just think apartment 2 is more a. Standard apartment not superior.

  : Location was fabulous. Staff friendly. Pool is tol notch. Would stay here again. Washing machine was broken and was replaced within hours of us reporting it.
  : Accomodation wasn't cleaned or the sheets and towels replaced for the week we were there. Would have liked to have been informed when checking in that we needed to wash the towels ourselves. To be fair we were given a change of towels when we discovered the washing machine was broken.
