  : Location and villa was superb.
  : Few things with pool could be improved. The pool walls were green in places and need to be cleaned, although the water itself was clean and well maintained. Pool lights also didnt work. We had an issue with unwanted wildlife getting in through the roof but was dealt with quickly and professionally.

  : Small bed in master bedrooms Very limited outdoor furniture and limited light so one cannot enjoy the garden and view. No bath amenities and some things need maintenance in order to host properly

  : We really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even before arriving Annalis was super responsive and even offered to help us with taxi pick up and check in the night before as we arriving really late. In the end we decided to stay overnight in Corfu and drove to villa on the date as arranged. Annalis met us at the house and showed us around. Such a quirky house full of character but it was very clean and had been sprayed to repel bugs. She had brought us some nice snacks so we could unpack and relax before doing grocery run. The bathrooms had toiletries and even toothbrush and shaver on case you forgot them, all in sustainable packaging. The pool and views are absolutely gorgeous and it is very calm and peaceful only 10 minute drive from beach, shops and restaurants in Ypsos. We loved the sunny and shaded seating areas around the pool and during the middle of the day spent the time indoors as the house was lovely and cool. During our 10 day stay, pool was cleaned and a lady came to clean the house and change all the linen and towels.
  : The only thing I would say about the shower downstairs. They were okay but I think the shower head needed to be replaced as the pressure was uneven and as we were checking out the shower screen came off the track a bit. But I think these are easily repairable and were probably fixed after we left, so should be no issue for future guests.

  : Beautifully appointed, classically styled, yet comfortable with everything one expects in a villa at this level. Surpassed all our expectations as its in rural nature with beautiful views. Perfect for family holidays, our 3.5yo had an absolute ball in the pool and garden. Tranquil setting but in excellent location, close to stunning Corfu town, beaches, etc.The host was supremely gracious, welcoming, she was delightful and very helpful, while also respecting our privacy.Our stay was only for a couple days but we would definitely go back! Would highly recommend this villa to those looking for a similar experience to ours.

Disappointing

  : great views and location, nice and private
  : we went in Easter and there was no heating except in bedrooms so night time was very very cold. We also got worms all over the master bathroom and the main bedroom had lots of May beetles flying around which kept us awake. showers were very poor and blocked with limescale.
