  : Location, personnel, room size, balcon size, balcon view, guy cleaning the beach every day, bar, bar personel, ATM next to the building, parking right in front of the building, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.
  : Noise from the bar till 3-4 AM on some days, but not everyday. Very bad Internet connection, 3-5Mbps, even when using high end mobile net package with Greek provider, Property's 5G WiFi not reaching the top floor. Digital nomads, beware.

  : The beach is right in front of the accommodation which is nice and also the view from the balcony was really good.Although I think the room looked a bit bigger on pictures it wasn't too bad it was okay.Also had someone wait for me to check me in the property even though my flight was delayed 2 hours and landed in Corfu really late.
  : Im sure we probably just had a bad experience because from some of the reviews I can see people enjoy staying here.There were a few things I didn't like unfortunately and for that reason I wouldn't come back here.1- The room is on top of a bar and during the evenings they play music which is fine as long as you close the balcony you can't really hear anything HOWEVER after 23:00/00:00 they put the volume so up is literally impossible to sleep and we tried everything. Me and my brother literally struggled to sleep the whole stay we would only sleep after they stopped which sometimes is at 4:30/5 am and it ruined the whole schedule we had for our holiday as we were so tired just from lack of sleep.It literally felt like we were downstairs with them from how loud it was.2- We wanted to ask if we could change room as I was hoping if we stayed in a different room it wouldn't be as loud but no one is ever at the reception like ever.. even for check out no one was there we just had to leave the keys there. We wanted to leave our luggage there for a bit and ask if it was possible but just ended up going to the airport straight away as there was no one at the desk to ask.3- When we just got in the room it smelt like cigarettes, the shower was dirty, on the pillows there were some stains as well as the towels, on the bed sheets we found multiple hair. I wish I took pictures to show but I was just too focused on trying to find another hotel nearby but most of them were booked or ridiculously expensive unfortunately and we had to stay there.4- The cleaner was so lovely however she would just come in the room without knocking sometimes or without checking we are there first and walk in on us most of the time. Once she walked in whilst my brother was still sleeping and I was taking a shower and she tried to open the toilet door multiple times while it was clearly locked???

  : The location of the property is good, close to the sea. The stuff is friendly and helpful.
  : -Basically no WI-FI, the network is shared with people in the bar and its unprotected + very unstable.-The noise on the first floor is unbearable.-The flush in the toilet is barely working

  : - Lovely location. You get access to a variety of restaurants and shops to buy relevant necessities- A short commute to Corfu town via the bus stop which is located just opposite- Staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs
