  : Overall the property is pretty okay for the price and location; however they asked a 25USD deposit without address on the paper, it only relied on the mutual trust.Actually they returned the fund very quickly but better to write on the paper before asking the customer to sign it.I really can’t agree this American hotel management; I have already been cheated by other bad hotels twice in a 15 days trip.

  : The room was very nice. Everything worked well and it was clean. The bathroom was also nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked as expected. No complaints!
  : There was a smell of old building in the lobby and there was no elevator.

  : I paid for a hotel room, but discovered I was put in a DOG KENNEL. Never again.

  : Everything was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast very much it was just right for older people like us.
  : Toilet seat was loose made it hard for handicap wife to sit on. Upon leaving told staff and they said it would be fixed

  : The room itself was great and clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast bar.
  : To be honest the bed was terribly hard and I did not have a good nights sleep because of it.

  : I had very sad experience with the front desk. When I arrived, I asked to check in but the guy was playing games. From his screen, I could see he was playing a shooting game. He even brought game controller on the desk. He said ok for check in but he was not moving his eyes from his screen. After a while, he moved to a computer and told me he needed to check email but while he was saying it he was still playing the game. I have never this kind of check in before in my life time. After another few minutes he finished playing the game. Then he started asking me information. I asked him if he has prepared baby bassinet that I asked few days ago. He told me he is new, don't expect he knows anything. He was also really proud of he is new, he told me he knows about bed, couch, and chairs etc. I was really upset because I needed for the baby. He said well if you booked from third party they are not going to help you. I said I asked from the hotel front desk that's why I asked. He said oh ok I don't know then he started going back to his game again. I asked, but could you find someone who knows to help me? He said, hmmmm, maybe. This whole experience was really sad and frustrated. If you can find camera from yesterday you can clearly see that he was on his game all the time.

  : The sink in the bathroom of 107 did not drain properly. There weren’t any outlets on the nightstands for my phone to charge so I had to move the bed to find an outlet.
