  : The building is always great. I usually stop by this hotel when driving through Provo because it's very clean, and a safe area. I love that it's walkable to a bunch of restaurants nearby. The room is very comfortable.
  : It was immensely frustrating to learn that parking was no longer included in the rate. There needs to be information clearly stated during the booking process since a major consideration of staying there is for the rate. Once the staff learned I had stayed there before, they made a joke about not having to go through their entire spiel - which I get on one hand since it's a lot of information - but then they stopped their intro/info sharing at check-in altogether: no confirmation about where to park in the structure, no update on breakfast times, etc. Very frustrating since I ended up having to leave before breakfast started; I came down to have breakfast that morning only to be told it was at a later time due to the weekend - which is again, fine, but would have been helpful to know when planning my check-out...

  : The beds were comfortable and you couldn't hear the other guests.Breakfast was also pretty good. Lots of variety.
  : We got a room that smelled like urine and the staff said they were fully booked so we had to deal with it. Pretty lame when you spend 200 bucks to stay the night somewhere just to have it smell like your highschool mens locker room.Parking was also pretty crappy. I understand it was downtown but we had to park in a garage next to the building. Took forever to get loaded and unloaded.Save your time and money and just go to a motel 6.

  : Only complain is the lady works for the breakfast area where not friendly.She didn't refill eggs and which is empty at that time.Tried to wait but it took awhile to get it
