  : Location of the hotel was fantastic as it was right on figtree bay beach, also only a few 100 yards from main strip of bars, restaurants and shops. Only a short bus ride in to Aida Napa if you wanted a bit more bustle. Bar staff in the evening were great, very friendly and accommodating could not fault them.
  : It wasnt that I didnt like the property, it was just tired looking and little disheveled and could do with some major renovations. Lack of staff especially cleaners was an issue not just for myself but other holiday makers. Having to ask to have your room cleaned after 5 days was a little frustrating, and even when it was cleaned it wasnt clean. No clean towels or bed sheets is below standard and should be seriously looked in to. Food options were basic Ive had far better but also eaten a lot worse!! I was surprised that water was not put on tables at meal times as this is usually a standard practice in hotels. Sun loungers around the pool area need to be addressed as many were broken and uncomfortable.

  : After making a booking at Silver Sands Beach Hotel we were "upgraded" to the hotel next door, so this review is about the Iliada Beach Hotel. We were very dissatisfied with that hotel and the hotel groups communication. After this incident trying to get in touch with Tsokkos Hotel Group has been impossible as they have ignored our messages.
  : This was not a 4-star hotel, not amenities, not service, not food wise etc. This is not a renovated hotel, just rooms partly are. Dirty carpets, overall very dated. Reception staff was rude, restaurant staff untrained and had problems with understanding simple orders in Greek and English. Morning buffet was poor, bad Russian music on the background. They had only Tetra Pak wine. They had no basic drinks in the bar like tonic. No entertainment, no program. The hotel was like a ghost house in the evening, the lobby bar was empty and there was no music even. The restaurant deck outside was dangerous, some panels were loose and screws out in many places on that deck. There were no snacks/food in the pool bar. There was no lifeguard at pool. There were no parking places available. There was no spa or sauna or a useable gym.The latter was in unusable condition, just a dark, smelly, musty corner with some old equipment. Not to mention the changing rooms. I could continue... Other guests who were also sent with the same scam there, were also extremely dissatisfied. One lady had even water leakage from the ceiling in her room.
