  : The bed was too rough, the furniture was old and needed a refresh, we were half-board and during our meal we weren't allowed even a glass of water free everything was being charged and there were ants in a few areas of our room

  : The location was great, it was right in the heart of Protaras and not far from the beach at all. The pool was great, although could have had more sun loungers available, feel like in summer people would struggle.
  : The hotel was un-loved the pictures looked like they had been taken 15+ years ago and as a result the hotel needed updating! Was looking very shabby. We were located on the ground floor which was like the service quarters! Our room had a view of the car park and the adjoining doors to other rooms meant it was so noisy we hardly slept! These rooms arent sound proof and are great if you are in a family and need adjoining rooms, but not when the people next door are having a party with friends in their room every night!!! The towels were dirty, smelt musty and chewing gum grey! Certainly NOT white! Nearly purchased my own towels! Complained about the towels and had these replaced, although they still remained grey looking, they didnt smell as musty. But werent very clean! The cleaners made an effort to replace daily (after my complaint).
