: The worst experience I have ever had in my life!If you book with them, then they are friendly!If you have, comment, request or need to cancel the reservation, you can be treated as an enemy.I didn't like to stay and had to choose to lose my booking amount as the staff and the manager can treat people very rude, and when I had a request that I wanted to ask about, the staff contacted the manger and said that the manager has no time to speak to me now and was in a very rude way.
