: Good breakfast, great spa, nice people at the reception that helped me book taxis every day. There is a huge mall right next door that is nice for people that like shopping (not me).
: Room didn't get cleaned during my four day stay and the air condition was not that collaborative. It's OK to walk to Prizren old town, but I'd rather get a less nice hotel in the old town if I ever visit again.

: The curtains were too small, so you could not completely close them, but fortunately there were shutters to get the room dark. Restaurant was simple and a bit overpriced.

: The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location but not near the old city. The amenities were great. Having an early check-in was much appreciated. A fabulous improvement to the hotel was the new swimming pool!
: Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke in the lounge and restaurant was overwhelming. One of us is asthmatic and she suffered greatly from the smoke. It really did spoil our time in the hotel. While we were in the hotel there was a sewerage problem and the smell throughout the hotel (especially in the Spa area) was disgusting!

: The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. The pool and spa area looked lovely it was a shame we did not have time to enjoy it. Although it is not that near to the old town it is in a shopping precinct.
: The lights in the bedroom were very strange. The set above the bed would not turn off and flickered for about 30 minutes. We tried every light switch but nothing helped.
