  : - The location of the hotel is very close to the North beach, there are restaurants around - Cleaning is very good and the bed is very comfortable - Breakfast is exceeded the expectations and carefully prepared - Value for money is satisfactory - Considering the overall experience, I can strongly recommend it to those who travel without a car.
  : - the hotel does not have a car park and there is a parking problem in the area, especially on the weekend - check-in, billing etc. processes takes unnecessarily long - the facility seen above the sea in the photos is the hotel's restaurant, breakfast area is inside the building.

  : the location is great, right next to the beach, with a beautiful view from the window too. since it was November, we were the only ones staying. the owner was kind enough to wait for us even though we arrived past 11pm. the room was cozy and clean. we only needed it for one night as we had a long road after, so it was the perfect solution.

  : The staff was very friendly, the facilities and room were very clean and everything was cleaned regularly. The location of the place, is perfect right next to the beach, with plenty of restaurant and shop options nearby!

  : First I would like to mention the positive, which was a beautiful view from the apartment. Unfortunately, negatives prevail.*The staff at the hotel was very unpleasant, speaking almost exclusively Bulgarian. There was an absence of any other language, even important announcements (e.g. about the half-day electricity shutdown) were only in Bulgarian. One thing that bugged me personally was that no personnel greeted us back after we greeted them. Most of them just stared at us and went around without saying a word. *The restaurant that is part of the hotel had very greasy, heavy food. The waiter at this restaurant acted as if we were bothering him by being there (waitresses were in general very nice). He spoke only Bulgarian. Every time we paid, he gave us back the wrong amount. Even though we gave about 2 lv as a tip, it took him forever to give us back the needed amount and it was usually about a few lv shorter, after the second time he was our waiter it looked intentional. *We were informed at the reception that people who stay in this hotel have a 10% discount in the restaurant. We got this discount once and the second time we went to pay we were informed that we were not entitled to this discount because we did not have some discount card, that we needed, in case we wanted the discount. Nobody explained to us why it suddenly changed from being accommodated in the hotel to needing a discount card. Before we left, accepting we would not get a discount, a lady that I assume could be the owner (not sure as she was sometimes at reception) kind of started guilt-tripping us that the waitress had to pay for "ours" 10% discount yesterday. It looked like she was expecting us to offer to pay those 10% to them today. The thing was that at the time of the conversation, we were not in the restaurant the day prior.
  : We just found it odd that she was "reminding" us (most importantly because it was not our bill), so we just turned around and left without commenting on the situation any further as people in our group were already pissed. *Now for the rooms. We had an apartment with 2 rooms, 4 beds (4 adults) and we were staying for 10 days. In the whole apartment, there was 1 wardrobe with 4 hangers. For 10 days stay it was not enough space and we usually travel light so in case you pack a little more, there will be no room for it in the wardrobe. *The one bed was kingsize and it was very low, probably about 30 cm above the ground. Could cause problems for older people getting out of bed. *There were random "stairs" that were pretty deep, located in the hallway or in the rooms. There was a high risk of injury. We got used to it and were aware when we needed to go somewhere in the dark, but it was very inconvenient the whole stay. *No insect nets. *Insufficient cleaning service. Some days the trsh was not taken out. The most shocking thing was probably the first day when we found all trash cans full after the people that were there before us. *toilette not working properly, repair after 2 days of manually fllushingfrom ourside
