  : We had a free upgrade to a deluxe for my husbands 60th Birthday, but the private pool was always in the shade and freezing cold. Staff very polite. Drinks very good.
  : No cleaning of the room for the entire stay, only bins emptied!! Lounge area cleaned at night time whilst people sat relaxing.

  : The facilities, pools, gym, food, are wonderful! The programs for kids are entertaining; if you travel with kids you re going to appreciate the water slides, food/ sweets diversity, and the Animation Team! Huge appreciation for the Alexandria travel agency animation team, they really do their very best to entertain both parents and kids. There is a kids club at the property that offers a plentitude of activities for lids (painting, board games, etc). The kids activities are managed in several languages ( English/ Czech/ Polish/ Bulgarian) which is simply great. We travelled with an 8 months old, 5y, 6y and 8 y old kids and they all loved the entire experience!
  : They charge you 20 BGN if you loose or damage your room card, so don t let your kids play with that ! The reception stuff could be nicer. They usually seemed welcoming but once you needed extra help eg. Like having a question off their usual script, they wouldnt make the extra effort to accommodate with answers. The bar / restaurant personnel are very kind!

  : Food had variety but no seasoning. 90% of the items needed salt. No hot tub. Pool closes too early at night. No bath close to the restaurant. U have to down the stairs to use bath. Game items (pool, foosball) are paid, which is ridiculous. The soccer field needs more balls. Someone lost the only ball and they had no other balls!! Lastly.. the drinks at their each bar were paid. For paying 6k levs for 3 rooms for a week you'd think the drinks at the beach are free. But we still enjoyed it a lot

  : I loved how polite and attentive the staff was and how clean it was through the whole hotel.
  : On arrival, when we went to use the pool, my nephew nearly drowned as there was no life guard on site. When we questioned at reception, we were told ''well there was nobody in the pool, so the life guard went on break',which is bizarre. There were no bathroom accessories (shower gel, shampoo cotton buds,etc.). I have been in a 5 star hotel before, and that was always provided. No bath robes either. It wasn't a 5-star hotel experience at all ! The most, it should be 4 stars.The food was average, not much variation. It's more like a canteen food in comparison to other 5 star hotels I have been!Only cereal for gluten intolerant people. Nothing else. In the big pool, there was never a life guard. Only one in the children's pool. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to this holiday considering how much they charged us for 4 days. Nearly a 1000.
