  : The design of the lamps, and the room. It is a pitty that you feel trapped in a nicely decorated box without windows.
  : The Deluxe Room had the only window facing a wall and the bathroom window directly into the Sauna. Also, the phonic insulation was nonexistent. We could hear the music from the lobby and people talking.

  : The location is really good. Close to the center and nice view of the forest on the left.
  : The booking appeared as non refundable, however, I had to pay at the property and with CASH! (In Covid). I was sure that the money were taken out when booking the room, so I just did not verify (non refundable -> no money back, right? To not have money back, it means that first they need to take the money out ..) They do not have a POS machine. The bed sheets were clean, but the covers and the cover pillows were not washed and they smelled as if someone else sat on them - this made me really question how thorough they cleaned the rest, even more in these very sensitive moments, with Covid. Water came out under the shower and leaked every time, so we had to put towels on the floor. The bathroom had a nasty smell from the drainage. In the last day, we were the only ones staying in the Villa and in the morning, there was no one there to make coffee (we had asked for coffee each morning before that). No one came to change the towels / take out the garbage or give toilet paper - we had to call and ask for it.
