  : The hairdryer was working
  : You will be lucky if the facilities in this hotel work. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked out the rooms where the wall paper was peeling off the walls, the laundry was stained, curtains were hanging off and broken and the carpets were very dirty. We went out on the balcony to find a broken table and when we reported this to the staff we were given a different one (subject to carrying it from our bedroom downstairs and the new one back upstairs). Taking a shower was our next challenge: the shower was all broken, most of the settings on it didnt work, which wasnt initially a problem however it got stuck on one of the shower settings which meant that our whole bathroom got flooded until we managed to close it. Again reported to staff which we were just told that yeah it doesnt actually work and got a bucket and a mop to clean it up. Even after getting the shower to work, it will still leak from under the shower which resulted again in the whole bathroom being flooded every time we showered. The toilet was also matching with the shower as it was also leaking. After asking the staff if they could turn the heating on as it was nearing 0 degrees at night and it was very cold even inside the hotel we were told that the heating doesnt get turned on and that we can use the air conditioning which also can be turned to hot air. This was meant to be used to heat up the bedroom, living room and bathroom, whilst the air conditioning was placed in the bedroom. Was also suggested to use an extra blanket if we were that cold Finally, I would strongly suggest that you avoid the breakfast: food wasnt kept warm or covered with flies over the vegetables that were already going brown or wrinkly. If you have already booked this hotel, good luck!

  : The very comfortable bed and the climate that made our stay better, and last but not least, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and breakfast place made for a relaxing and pleasant stay
  : First of all, the shower is not fully functional, only the shower head works, and secondly, in the entrance door I had some small holes and fastened with screws. probably because someone lost the card/key
