  : I wanted a 2 bedroom apartment and we got a 1 bedroom with a bed in the lounge room. Advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. Therefore we could not use the lounge or kitchen area to its potential because the lounge area was a bedroom.

  : Please note before booking:1. Need to pick up keys for Check-in and return keys at the agency office around 800 metre walking distance away from the apartment.2. There is additional EUR200 need to pay and blocked for deposit 3. Lots of work before hand to save check-in time at the agency office, such as scanning all travellers travel documents and personal data input. Blocking of the deposit also self-handled (Seems to be only possible to block the deposit on the day of check-in. Needed to log back to the self-check-in portal on the day of arrival)4. Better to share with the agency earlier check-in time or not to share the time so that the room would be ready to check-in by 2pm. Unfortunately, had to wait outside for the cleaning due to the mess of previous guests.
