  : Fraudulent misrepresentation.Very misleading advertisement.Please read other reviews.This is an ongoing problem. It's not a one-off mistake.Old Town Square Premium Apartments only advertise one address (Premium address located directly on Old Town Square).Then, they try to provide an alternative location / standard to unsuspecting tourists.We booked this location purely for the "landmark view" of Old Town Square and the Christmas markets.At the key collection point, the staff provided keys for a totally different address / location in the back streets of Prague.When we would not accept an alternative address, the staff became rude and stated that we could not book a specific location. They also stated that they could provide any address in the vicinity.We were dumbfounded...It is literally a lottery as to what LOCATION you will receive at check-in.We requested the keys to the booking on our confirmation or a refund several times.The staff rudely refused.We left and did not accept the alternative accommodation offered.Now, this is where it goes from bad to worse.We immediately contacted booking.com regarding our experience with Old Town Square Premium Apartments via phone and through the app.I was assured they will investigate.I ended up receiving an apology email several days later with a wallet credit for 30 euro and told booking.com is only the intermediary, so take it up with the accommodation provider directly.That was like asking a thief to give back my wallet! Their communication was utterly atrocious. They take no responsibility and dismiss any requests for a refund.All further communication I made with booking.com was completely ignored. It is evident that booking.com is facilitating the ongoing fraud by Old Town Square Premium Apartments and is happy to receive the commission. Extremely disappointing.Definitely not how I expected our Christmas to turn out in Prague. Our trip was ruined.

  : The bath and cleanliness of the bathroom. The fact there was a washing machine. We had towels.
  : The pictures were misleading and the property called The Old Square with views was what attracted us. There was not one picture on the site of our apartment. It showed separate kitchen and ours had a bed in the kitchen, a sunken settee & the only bedroom had a bed that collapsed the minute our daughter lay on it. The washing machine leaked flooding the floor and the blown out skirting around the bathroom door was clearly used to this. I was on crutches and walked to the address given for the appointment. On the door it had a number to call that did not respond and an address, so my husband left me in the square while he and my daughter walked to gain access. Only to find a tea room who had no idea of the apartment business. When they got back I expected access to the address and then I was told we still dont know how to get in. I called again, got through and was told our apartment was not there and we had to walk to a location that would be messaged to us.That we had not received before our arrival. I chose the square because of lift and location. The lift went to a floor that required a walk down a stair set. If I was in a wheel chair (I brought crutches) I would have not accessed the flat as described. We advise the property of the broken bed and did not receive a response. Even in the small print that we eventually found, nothing said you would be overlooking what we were.

  : Nice appartment, great location in the old town near clock tower and restaurants. Living room with nice view, quiet, spacious bathroom, large beds.
  : Well equiped kitchen but the faucet should be fixed.

  : The apartment is 2 minutes from the old town. It is spacious and can fit easily up to 8 people with comfortable beds. It was clean and well heated. The city view is ok, you can see the castle at a distance from the side. Highly recommended for families and for easy access to the old town and sites.
  : The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet room is split from the bathroom which is a good idea, but one toilet for such a big apartment is challenging if you have more than 4 people. The bathroom is a small shower and a sink with cabinet. Was surprised of its size for such a spacious apartment. Towels were at a minimum. Coffee machines were available but no complimentary pods or sugar was available. Elevator is available after one flight of stairs, not at ground level.

  : Unfortunately there was no breakfast included. Vegetarians dint have any choice of food.
  : Most of the properties don't have lifts and enough bathrooms. We had to climb up the stairs with our heavy bags. The apartment more then 1 bedroom have only 1 bathroom. We opted for premium apartment fir 3 beds and the apartment had only 1 bathroom for shower. It was totally disgusting. There were no fans and they didn't have ac too. Our experience was bad on the stay.
