  : The location was excellent. Two sets of keys for each apartment was great. Very comfortable.
  : Location of the lockbox needs to be at the accommodation, not in another location. Makes it difficult when dragging around luggage.

  : The location is perfect for exploring the old city. We rented two apartments (C and D) of the four Kozna Loft apartments (A, B, C, D). The C and D apartments were quite spacious and able to host our group of 12 + 1 infant. Having three bathrooms was very convenient for a group of this size.
  : The apartments would benefit from better cleaning. Some of the equipments are old and need to be replaced (for example the dish washer). The beds and pillows are different between the rooms, some are quite uncomfortable while others were good. Since the apartments are next to some popular bars and clubs that are open late, some noice and disturbance is to be expected during the night.

  : Hard to find the apartment and difficult to find key pick up. First time in the city and Satnav struggles to keep up with all the streets
