Kaprova Old Town Apartments

  : I was accommodated at different place from this from my reservation.
  : Upon my arrival at the reception, which is located at 20 Masna Street, I received keys and instructions for an apartment located at 7 Templova Street, and the reservation I had made was for 5 Kaprova Street. They try to lie me about address of accomodation. The staff did not inform me that there was a change in the conditions of the reservation and without bothering me, he explained that we had to check in at the address that I had not booked. After a conversation with the employee, it turned out that the apartment I booked at Kaprova Street 5 is occupied and there is no possibility of being accommodated there. It is not by chance that I have chosen to be accommodated at Kaprova Street 5, because it is close to the accommodation of my friends with whom I was in Prague. While talking to the front desk clerk I was promised that they would call me the next day (March 19, 2023) to resolve this issue, but I did not receive any call.

  : I had reserved apartments at Kaprova 5, but I was not able to stay in the apartments Kaprova 5, because they were changed without informing me. I was accommodated in other apartments. I'm sorry, I don't have any more comments.

  : I made 2 reservations (one for mistake! I informed the hotel crew immediately and they said everything will be fine - they got just one reservation and my money will be back to my card) and the hotel didnt refund my founds. Im very disappointed and sad because of this situation. I was trying to explain this matter several times but without any answer.

  : the space was very charming, open, and plenty of room for several people. there were only two of us, but there were two other bedrooms that we didnt use. short walk to the square and clock tower, and fairly easy to catch a bus.
  : the apartment is above a techno club. I didnt know this when I booked. we were on the 5th floor so it wasnt super loud, but the club didnt really start up until about 11pm. also, it would be very easy for this to be a seamless checkin process with keyless entry (the main door to the apartments was keyless, but the apartments themselves were not. because of this, you are required to go to a different building a few blocks away to checkin and checkout so that you can retrieve and return the key to the apartment.

  : great location, spacious, right in the center, close to metro and the tram
  : if you traveling with little ones- might be a problem, too many stairs before lift, not so comfortable. ( its an old building)

  : The apartment has great location, is easy accessible, there is subway station and in 3 min you are at the main square. It was also spacious and fairly comfortable. The information provided by the agency was comprehensive and helpful. Internet was fast. Apartment despite being in the center and right above the bar was without the noise from outside. There was elevator.
  : The pickup of the keys was a hassle. You need to drive somewhere else to get them. The apartment also lacked basics. Soap was only in the toilet, but not in the bathroom. There was no coffee, tea, salt, sugar, so again missing some basics. Also it's advertised as 3 bedroom apartment but it is more a 2 bedroom and living room. There has beed been 3rd beed added in the living room which makes he entire setup a but awkward. I would rather have a 3rd room with foldable sofa so it's more comfortable during the day.

  : Location and specious apartment are great.
  : Agency who rents all the apartments across Prague doesn't take too much care of guests and isn't helpful. So i have a bitter taste after leaving although the apartment was excellent.
