  : Facility was filthy, run down, and felt very unsafe. The common bathroom door would not lock and anyone could walk in on you. There were consumers staying there that were very unkept and had a suspicious appearance. This was by far the worst Bed and Breakfast I had ever booked, my friends and I left after 30 minutes and booked another facility.

  : I have never experienced bad personal like in this place. Firstly, they wanted to take more money from me as in the booking. They charge 4% more and 200 czk deposit for the room key. When I didn't accept and paid cash, they were angry and the boss where speaking with the local language but he says crazy. Asked them to give me a proof that I deposit for the room key and this drives them crazy. In the next day, the breakfast was so poor just some toast and cheese. When we gave the keys, he behaved as we didn't deposit anything, then I asked him to give me the deposit money. And he started behaving like crazy searching for his credit card to get the money from ATM machine even though a day before we give it cash. He started to throw what is in his bag on the floor, screaming searching like a crazy man. He thought this behavior will make us afraid but we waited. Finally, he just went to his room to bring the card and he took us 5 min with him to ATM machine to get the deposit. He gave the money with angry attitude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

  : I paid 200czk for deposit and they told me after checkout itll be refunded. No refund happened until today. Appreciate if some info is shared why i am not receiving refund.

  : Location was great, close to tram and train, and mini mart. Breakfast was included
  : Spa bath in room would not be my first choice. But we were very glad to get a room at short notice.Although there was a kitchen, I couldn't make a cup of tea, or even buy one in the evening.We had to buzz to get into the building, and sometimes had a few minutes wait.

  : The room is pretty clear, also towels was fresh and cleared. The comfortable clean bed with two big blankets. And the very good placement, closes to the center of city and to the tram station
  : Very strange guy who served us, he could just watch at one point, the shower cabin just inside my room near the bed and the main deficiency they still haven't refunded my bail money (I'm waiting near two-three weeks)
