  : We rented this apartment June 30 - July 3 with 15 people - 11 adults and 4 kids. It was a huge disappointment. Firstly, the a/c was broken in the 2 connecting rooms - it blew cold air out one end and hot air out the other, defeating the purpose of having a/c. The first two days we were there the temperature was almost 40C so the guests in these rooms were really upset. This is definitely something that should have been taken care of before we got there. Someone came the next day to fix it and ended up doing nothing about it, then on July 2 they came again with the hose but left it near the window and with no extension cord so we couldn't actually plug it in! It was absolutely ridiculous!Secondly, the shower upstairs was broken and only had ice cold water. With 15 people and one less shower, this really did end up being a little bit of a problem. Again they came the next day to fix it, ended up doing nothing, and then actually fixing it another day later. Way too long!! And also this is something that should have been checked before we arrived!!Thirdly, the a/c upstairs was leaking so much that we ended up having to put a bucket under it because the floor was getting so wet. This of course they fixed the next day, no doubt because it would have started to ruin their floor and wall otherwise.Fourthly, the drain in the downstairs sink got jammed and we couldn't open the drain, so we were out a sink to use. As with everything else, they came out, did nothing, and when we actually checked out, the sink was still clogged.Next, the floor was filthy. A few of us tried to walk around without shoes the FIRST day we were there and our feet were black. Needless to say, we all wore shoes inside afterwards. They claimed that the apartment had been renovated a year ago, but it was a mess in the kitchen area. The door handle was broken off the fridge, making it difficult to open.
