  : There was a water under the floor which seemed rotten from inside. The ventilator in the bathroom was noise and produced an awful small. While taking a shower I felt like I want to throw up. Moreover, the host sent me a wrong password and I couldn't get the Keys from a box and enter the room. The host didn't answer my calls for 1,5 hour. Eventually, I got a message ona booking.com app with the right password and I could enter the room at 1.00 AM.... The location is right in the centre, but it is next to bars and discos so it's very noisy everyday until 3 AM.

  : Definitely not recommended! Our booking was canceled while we were on the way on the plane from the UK. When arrived in the middle of the night (as stated in the booking form) there was nobody else to talk to and the only contact - mobile phone was switched off. We ended up with nowhere to stay at 4 a.m. DO NOT book your stay with "U Romana"!

  : The first (and great, to be honest) impression of the vintage entrance stairs. Also the location is great.
  : The main problem was that the reservation was for 3 people but in the Tennant room there only were 2 beds. Luckily we met a friend who lives in the city so one of us stayed there so we did not need to contact you. Yet I would like to ask for the partial refund since we didn't get what we booked. The other request for you is to check the facility and the furniture of the room. The first (and great, to be honest) impression of the vintage entrance stairs was quickly washed away when we entered the room itself: - the furniture looks modern, but clearly it has been several years it was installed there; - especially the bed (specifically the headboard) with mysterious stains could tell "the stories", each of us found a long hair on our sheet which is a weird coincidence; - the towels smelled as if they were left in a wet room for several days, please check your dryer; - the drain in the shower was not draining, please check; - the shower holder was broken; - the door in the shower was partially broken - the water was leaking outside when showering, please repair for the further customers. I don't like to write bad reviews but in this case I feel obliged to do so - even though I like Polanski's movies... (Also I have texted this to the owner, haven't received the answer within 7 days so I feel like I have no other option to write here.)

  : The one I stayed in (which was not u romana) was well appointed.
  : No on site staff. Not told that at time of booking. Shunted to entirely different building a lot further from transport hubs.Internet at new place available but no passwords, attempts to communicate with the team to get one were ignored.
