  : Location was good and looked good at first.
  : Once I arrived and wanted to have a shower, the whole place became flooded within seconds. The drainage was blocked. It has leaked to a neighbour downstairs who said its not the first time. Central heating barely worked in winter in Poland!!! I reported everything straight away, but then had to spend my time in the apartment waiting for the service to arrive and dealing with a neighbour who spoke only Polish and it was rather difficult, so wasted my first day of holiday. Bathroom was fixed, but for the remaining time of my stay there was disgusting smell coming out of the drains. Central heating wasnt fixed as apparently it was supposed to adjust to the temperature outside (it didnt). The place is full of just RUDE messages telling you you cant do this and that and the threats how much they charge you if you do. But when you have to deal with the things because clearly no one bothered checking prior to your arrival. And Im sorry but the wall lamps and chandelier full of dust and dead flies just looked disgusting. Anywhere in the world you would have been offered a refund or a discount for the inconvenience, but not here, no. Unprofessional run of a business. I will not be staying there again for sure.

  : The location is convenient. The interior of the building and the flat. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Large selection of cooking utensils.
  : The flat was on the third floor. There is no elevator. I advise guests with heavy suitcases to keep this in mind in advance. The payment listed on the website and the actual payment had a sensitive difference.

  : The quality-price ratio was not good. The bathtub had to be cleaned better and the towels should smell nice.
