  : Sofa bed could be more comfortable and cleaner. Space could be optimized with better storing, specially if you stay longer

  : The keys were easy to collect in a safe outside the property. The room size was good for 3 persons, but I would not recommend staying here 6 persons (which is an option when booking). The kitchen was well equipped. Quiet, bedrooms away from street-
  : The flat did not match the reviews on Booking.com. The flat was not clean even though it had received "fantastic" scores for cleanness at booking.com. The dishes were still dirty after previous guests, the sofa beds were full of crumbles, the floors were dusty and the shower completely clogged. The water from the shower did not drain at all and flooded the whole bathroom. This was eventually fixed by the owner. The flat was not as nice and light as it seemed in the photos, with to much furniture in the living room (entrance directly, 0,5 meters on the dining table). We were very disappointment as cleanness is the most important thing for us and the main reason why we booked this apartment. I would not recommend staying here as you can find better for the same price.

  : The apartment is located in the very city center, so it's super convenient to do sightseeing or get to any destination point. The apartment looked exactly like it was provided on the picture - no unpleasant surprises.
  : The very disappointing moment was the lack of WiFi connection, which was one of the top priorities on my list of requirements. Moreover, after contacting the host, they never managed to handle it or do smth, Just "we will let you know once we get instructions." So, I had to share mobile internet, which is not cool and expensive.

  : The place resembled more of a small studio than an apartment. It was cold there, and the heating only started working after intervention. The bed, once unfolded, was extremely uncomfortable, with one part being too hard and the other too soft, with crosswise hard planks. The place was located in an old tenement building permeated by a strong smell of mold - mustiness, which also penetrated all clothes. Renters.pl that managed that place charged a higher fee than indicated by Booking.com, and only after multiple complaints and support from Booking.com they refunded the unjustly collected surplus. Despite multiple requests from my side, Renters.pl refused to offer me a different place, even after expressing my willingness to pay for a more expensive accommodation. It's worth noting that Renters.pl oversees multiple properties. The support team of Renters.pl kept repeating that they were sorry, but they couldn't change anything. Their only response was that nobody before me complained about anything, so I must be wrong. Furthermore, the support team of Renters.pl deceived Booking.com support by falsely claiming that all my concerns had been addressed. Additionally, nobody from Renters.pl support team offered to cross-check the place when I was on-site. Attached is a picture of the entrance to the stairwell of that apartment.
