  : It was real challenge to get into the apartment. Despite Property owner promises to send check in details via email 24 hours prior to check in, I could receive it only in Booking chat and only with help of booking support. When we get to the apartment, it was underground, without natural light. Dirty. Kilograms of dust between bricks on the wall + spider web (paying the price or 4 stars hotel, we didn`t expect that we`ll need to share it with spiders). Linen was of very poor quality: it was rough (irritating skin) and had very bad smell - something average between smoking and cheap chemistry. When I asked to change the linen, I`ve got "No. it`s not possible"). When I asked to move me into another apartment, they have sent a link to the apartment with washing machine and asked to pay 100 PLN additionally (by cash). When we come to the new apartment, there were no washing machine, it was dirty, with forks and spoons in dish washing machine. There were no coffee. sugar and 1 piece of toilet paper (for 6 nights, 2 persons). Later they told me that all that stuff is a compliment and they don`t have to provide it. So, just be aware that when you book the Homewell apartment at the price of 4 start hotel, you have to take toilet paper with you. Later they dropped access couple of days before check out. I literally left out of apartment with my daughter, while all the luggage and documents left inside. They didn`t answer when I was trying to call them, and answered only in chat after 30-40 minutes of standing before the closed door. They explained it as an error of application. It was really terrible and stressful experience! I still have irritated skin because of the linen.
