  : confusion with the WI-FI name and code, the WI-FI code does not match the specified WI-FI name, I had to try the code under other wifi found and the code came up under one and the Internet was fine. but after 700 km this procedure was tiring. the WIFI connected to the TV is very weak, it was not possible to connect to Netflix and online viewing did not go through other applications, this upset

  : the property itself was nice, and clean.
  : there was no reception, calling the property wasn't possible! only by message. I had to wait until 5 pm to get in. because had a problem with my card. I had to pay 100 euros more because of the exchange rate (they said).

  : Nice, big, very modern and clean apartment with great kitchen, spacious bathroom and big TV
  : Very bad customer service - we got an information how to get to the apartment, but now matter how hard we tried we were not able to get into the building. In the end we were let inside by a security guard, as the customer service was completely unresponsive.There was a WiFi in the apartment, but it had a different name and password than the one provided - getting the right one from customer service took one day.No possibility to leave the car in the garage even one minute longer (but this is not something that we would require)No air conditioning in the room - temperature averaging around 27.5

  : Good size parking space in the garage. Nice, modern apartment, with an easy access, elevator in the building, close proximity to the Old Town. Nice park along the river Warta is very close to the apartment, offering an area to take a walk or ride a bicycle.
  : The apartment lacked a warderobe to unpack the suitcases. There was a wardrobe at the entry, but it was filled with boxes, vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, broom, ironing board, etc. There was minimal space available for us to unpack. The apartment provided only two small bath towels and one hand towel - this is not enough for two people staying almost two weeks. There were no kitchen towels. There were no instructions for the kitchen appliances. All previous rental units had the instructions readily available, alowing users to quickly operate the equipment. While most of it is simple, some appliances are more complex or have controls not visible, forcing the renter to search for model number and look for the instructions on the internet. The floors in the rooms require scrubing - they were dirty when we arrived. The balcony was extremely dirty and uninviting. The washer did not spin at some of the settings, despite displaying spin speed as active, leaving washed cloth in the water. While this is something we missed, the apartment does not have an A/C unit (the apartment was not advertised as having one). We rented previously another apartment in that building and it had an A/C unit and we simply assumed that all apartments in that building would have an air conditioning unit. But this is on us... While this is not in the renter's control, the street is very dirty, with garbage on the sidewalk, making the area relatively uninviting.
