Good JuJu Studio Apartment in the Old Town

  : Very comfortable space with almost everything you could need - coffee, tea, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator washing machine, as well as a great workspace and good sized TV. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the host was very clear with self check-in instructions.Lots of charming local cafes, bakeries and bars, and the main square and shopping streets are only about a 10/15-minute walk away. Overall a delightful base and somewhere I could comfortably see myself staying for weeks at a time if necessary.
  : The fixture on the kitchen sink was very very loose and felt like it could break at any point. The shower rail could also not support the weight of the shower head so it had to be held while showering. The handle on one of the shower doors was also missing.Not at all the fault of the host, but neighbours were very noisy at many times of the day, especially at night. People would be talking and stomping in the hallway and courtyard as late as 2am. Very little soundproofing from outside.

  : The place was quiet and peaceful. The room had the required basic items.
  : They were late to send the check in code and details. the check in message did not indicate the room no instead only the floor.

  : I did not have the chance to stay at the apartment.
  : I booked the apartment in about 3 hours prior check-in. Received a message from the property requesting approximate time of arrival. I have them my approximate arrival time for 15:00-15:30. At about 16:00 I was in front of the apartment, u fortunately still waiting to receive the access code. I tried to give them a call, but no one answered. At the time I was already worried and a booked an alternative accommodation. At 17:15-ish (2 hours later after the given approx time of arrival, temp outside was +5C) I finally received the access code, however this was not needed any longer. In conclusion, Id say that this was absolutely unprofessional from their side, and I still believe that this rental is a scam! I would avoid it 100%.

  : Location is very central, 100m from main central square.However, QUIET location as the room is not directly at the street Clean and sufficient equipment for a short stay (there is even a washing machine!!)
  : The landlord was a bit nervous because he had previous bad experiences with young customers. Thus, the procedure to enter the room was complicated, requiring first a kind of deposit to get the codes to enter the room. Finally, he got more confident and accepted to open me the room free of any deposit (like anywhere else). The landlord is however a kind man.Due to the hyper central location, Parking facilities are restricted, but seem to exist, further, outside the central zone of Poznan.
