: Very poor communication. I never got responses to my text questions concerning check-in time and possibility to leave a bag before/after check-in/out (no such opportunity!). At one point the keypad failed and I had to call more than once and wait for someone to deliver a key. They also confirmed that they could also not get the keypad to work. Agin, however, there was poor communication. I never got a response to my question of how/where to leave the key on check-out. I simply left on the table. Also, as noted by others. Bathroom fixtures were flaky or actually broken off in one case. Please fix bathroom, keypad and read text messages (via Booking)! If so, would be a great place to stay.
