  : This room is not accurately advertised. The pictures are deceptive and of different rooms than what we stay in. Mold in the bathroom & very few amenities. Not worth what we paid. Shower did not have hot water & low water pressure too.

  : Bathroom could be abit better, there wasn't enough warm water for 2 people to shower right after eachother and takes a long time for the water to warm up again . And the a/c takes ages to actually start.

  : The location is great close to the main metro station, restaurants and shops. The flat was comfortable, roomy and quiet. It was very well lit thanks to the large kitchen window. We also appreciated the recommendations given by the friendly staff. We had a great time as a family of four and highly recommend this place.
  : By being a bit nitpicky, there was mold on the shower walls, some power sockets were not attached to the walls and the TV could be larger.

  : The property was in a good location, with most city centre attractions a short walk away.
  : The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had mould and very dirty grout. The shower was not properly sealed and a lot of water leaked out under the door frame. The hot water lasted for no more than 2-3 minutes before it started to go cold. It was not possible for two people to shower after each other as the water was cold. The toilet roll holder, towel holders and light in the bathroom were all barely attached to the wall and could fall off at any minute. The bed was uncomfortable, with both sides lowering into the middle. The one pillow per person was very flat and uncomfortable. The ladder up to the bed was odd and potentially dangerous if you have any mobility issues or ability to feel well with your feet. The stairs from the ground floor up to the apartment were steep and not clear in the listing. There was no elevator and carrying luggage up the stairs was not easy.

  : Very good location near Aliados and Bolhao, nice interior, no need to carry a key, bathroom was great, big comfy shower
  : The TV was really small, not proper to see anything from such a distance within a sofa; a bit smelly from the kitchen sink; pans are very huge compared to the stove

  : I fell off the ladder It is too steep The rungs are uneven and slippery Its treacherous There is no mention in the description of the mezzanine in the description I landed on a wood floor on my coccyx and hit my head.
