: The apartment is superb. Perfect location close to the city center on foot and with plenty of buses around the corner to get you anywhere in Porto and surrounding areas. To top it up, the equipment of this unit is top notch.
: Of course, nothing is perfect and this place certainly isn't. For those planing a trip for a weekend, extended or not, in the Summer holidays, please bear this in mind: there could be quite loud parties in the gardens of a nearby hotel until at least midnight! And those gardens are just in front of the apartment! To make matters worse the indoor temperature at that time of the year will likely lead guests to keep their windows open to get some fresh air. If your trip will not take place in a Summer weekend, probably you won't encounter this indeed unjustifiable inconvenience. I just wonder how those parties could be allowed given that the current legislation in Porto asks all neighbours to not make any kind of noise whatsoever indoors as of 22:00 p.m. Responsive as they are in all other matters,the staff didn't seem to be willing to inquire about this despite my insistence.

: The check in process was horrible. We had to check in at their office not the accommodation that wasted our time and parking fares. The staff was friendly but very confused about the reservation and informed us we DID NOT have free parking even he checked the computer. He realised we had free parking until we showed the booking record. He even gave WRONG introduction to us that the door key was for parking garage and resulting in we couldnt park the car! Luckily a neighbour helped us to contact the property to fix the problem! Also the property was very irresponsive! I had asked for the WhatsApp number in case we had any problem with parking, 15 minutes later we WhatsApp called but NO ONE answer! The most RUBBISH service that I ever encountered! Stay away from this property even you need parking in Porto. There were lots of parking in the city and the property is not worth for this price!

: To collect the keys at a location nearly 2km away is a waste of time. The sleeping couch is very umcomfortable, chairs are old, overall dusty interior. Parking entrance extremely narrow, almost impossible to enter and exit.
