  : The location
  : It was smelling like cigarettes when we got in. In the morning when we woke up there was no light for ours, and we had to take a cold shower. We were lucky enough to stay on the 1st floor because there is no elevator. There was also only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 2 days. If you are looking for somewhere to have a quiet sleep it is not the ideal because it is located ij one of the busiest streets but my group didnt mind

  : the facilities are all dysfunctional as Ive been reporting to the host since day 1. and nothing was fixed. plus myself got injure due to the unfixed problem. as a result , no heat, no sufficient hot water for shower and drinking. cant fully charge my phone and laptop .

  : The location is good.
  : Party area, really noisy at night and the windows are not soundproof enough. The place looked different on the pictures. The beds were uncomfortable. And the apartment was not properly cleaned before we arrived (mold in the bathroom walls). A bedroom had not window, just a door and one of the plugs were riped out of the wall (quite dangerous if I may say...) We had problems entering the apartment and the owner was not reachable via phone, but answered in the chat (few hours later....), good that we managed on our own.

  : Only location was as we expected otherwise would not suggest this.
  : During the day the street is so quite, but in the night time until 7 am - it feels like sleeping on the street. We stayed for two nights and could not sleep at all. This apartment would news investment in sound isolation windows. We were just 3 people and i could not imagine 6 people staying there with small water heater and water is badly running in shower.

  : *Cheap accommodation base price. My low rating reflects financial red flags mostly and I may amend if concerns are addressed. See below for details. Central location. Actually quite a decent flat if youre ok with the noise and a colder space.I asked for extra heater as previous review said it wasba cold flat and they did indeed leave an extra left. Key box makes access easy to plan for multiple people even with one set of keys.
  : 1. Main problems first : *There was damage to property (someone must have opened door too far in the room and dented through the thin wall, there were burn spots on the counter, loose front door handle etc and when I emailed owner with pictures to try to flag as existing damage, I got a bit of a nasty shock. It maybe the language barrier but they implied that I caused it and that I'd need to pay! Still keeping an eye on my bank account to make sure they don't take money out. Didn't make me feel comfy and it's the main reason for the low star rating. I'd ask for a check in service with faults logged so the next user isn't blamed for damage from previous.2. Another big one with financial red flags: *I queried but didn't confirm adding another person to the booking ie. 3 rather than 2 people. Without confirming and giving me an invoice to accept, they charged my card with the extra (that isn't reflected on the booking.com app so worried they have my card details). The added person didn't end up coming but they refused to refund the extra even though 3rd bed wasntn even made up so doesn't seem they were expecting the 3rd person anyway. The check in form also was only for 2 people.3. Minor: Arrived and cleaning still going on shortly after 3 still. This may be my fault as I only entered a time of arrival quite late. Cleaning staff were kind and friendly though and allowed me to leave bags in flat and wait on staircase.4. If you're a soft sleeper, avoid. Central location includes a club opposite which is very noisy till at least 4am at times and you have to wade through sometimes drunk clubbers at your doorstep to enter apartment (had to also cover key pad which is really high up to enter door code securely).5. Flat is cold in winter, even with 2 heaters and blankets thin.6. No WiFi code was visible anywhere in flat. I had to put data roaming on to request the code details.
