  : The host was very helpful with information and suggestions on places to visit.
  : The smoke smell was horrific. Found it hard to breathe at times. My clothes smelt of smoke after 2 nights there. Having to hand in the key every time you leave is quite annoying.

  : As soon I arrived a strong smell of cigarettes was in the corridor. The lady said it was a guest... and that I will not have this problem in my room. It was late and I was traveling the next day early morning and i was tired ...and i convinced myself that it will be ok. But the smoke was still coming through the door and even with the fan on and the window opened, I started to have a asthma crisis. I used my inhaler afterward but the damage was done and I decide to leave the place 1.30 or 2 hours after and spend the night at the airport I claimed my money back but she lied to me saying that if I cancel my booking through this website, she will refund me back. I tried to do but realized that it was not possible. I manage to travel back to UK although I have been poorly and that is why I am complaining only now.

  : -The location was amazing next to a main subway station even tho my room was on the side of a noisy street. - The bed was comfy - TV if needed even tho i don't usually watch it - the hotel was very quiet on the inside, the lady apparently was very careful that people won't disturb the others! So i had great nights :)
  : - WIFI didn't work at all but maybe that was my phone the problem so i won't be of bad faith - The fact that we couldn't keep the keys to enter the hotel/my room (had to ring the bell every single time) - Toilets weren't clean, i had to clean the toilet seat myself - The bed blankets were not that clean either, found hairs on it and didn't smell like there were washed lately... - I was charged more for the staying fees but it is ok, i wasn't going to argue for 2 euros...(she gave me 2 euros back but wasn't still the right amount) I felt bad for the lady at the reception because she seemed to do EVERYTHING on her own!! cleaning, welcoming people, opening the door etc etc... so even tho it wasn't PERFECT, i had a nice time and slept well!
