  : Nothing. The awful experience ever. The worst host host ever.
  : I had a worst experience ever with my booking at Porto, Aparthotel Oporto Palace.We checked in 17:20. The apartment was without electricity , the sofa was dirty, all with dirty spots. I called to our host Pedro, and told about the situation. He asked to wait for 20 minutes, so they will try to fix everything. He came after 50 minutes, trying to do something with electricity box but nothing helps. After another 30 minutes, I.e. 1,5 hour after our failed try of Check-in the specialist came, and they tried to do something with it. After 10 minutes they fixed it, but there was no hot water, and after 10 minutes electricity was gone again. I need total refund of my booking. It was the awful experience ever. I need compensation package, cause 1. we lost our time, instead of enjoying our stay at Porto2. We spent extra money for new reservation in other hotel 3. We spent extra money for taxi to go to other hotel 4. We lost time because of stupid host
