Villa Irida is set amidst a big olive-tree garden 150 metres away from the sandy beach of Sarti. It offers tastefully decorated studios with free Wi-Fi and views over the well-kept garden and the mountain. Irida studios are painted in bright colours and open out to a private balcony or patio. They feature a kitchenette with small dining area and microwave and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

All studios are also equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning. In the garden of Irida guests will find BBQ facilities as well as shaded seating areas. A playground is also available for the children. Irida can serve as a convenient base for exploring the beaches of Sithonia Peninsula.

: The bungalow was very clean and spacy, there were 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and big refrigerator. The yard is just amazing with green grass, olive and fruit trees. There is a lovely bbq zone, we really enjoyed using it! The host Ccile and her husband were very helpful and nice! They were always on the line if we needed something.The location itself is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and most of the shops and restaurants. We were afraid that there will be a plenty of walking, but the distance turned out to be really short.Also a huge advantage is that there is a free parking for the guests, which is a rare thing in Sarti especially if your accomodation is located close to the beach. Last but not least, the place is very quite and if you are looking for something that is not so far to the beach, but in the same time peaceful, this is your place.
: There were some wi-fi interruptions from time to time, and lack of hot water in shower in the early morning in some days, but I guess it was because we were in the end of the season.

: there was a sewage smell in the room, the wires of the bed sank into my back, the room was very airy and humid because it was on the 1st floor, because the room was on the highway, constant control was necessary for my little girl
