: House Niki is a beautiful place, with nice atmosphere, a great view (old town and sea view) and very kind hosts. The room has a nice balcony to enjoy the view and peaceful atmosphere of this area of Sarti. The location is perfect for a short distance walk to the sea and to the promenade / city center. The hosts are SO nice! We will definitely consider it for next year! (Extra plus for the nice flowers in front of the house which create a very friendly feeling and are great to see from the balcony as well).

: The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a great sea side view from the balcony. The location is perfect, only a few steps away from the beach and the center. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is crystal clear with a lot of free space for umbrellas. The hosts are very kind and helpful.
: The downside is that the air-conditioning is located in one room and the cold air doesn't easily get to the other room. Also, our room was on the second floor and there was a problem with the wifi extension so there was no internet inside, only on the balcony. I guess that was a temporary problem since the network was available but not functioning.
