  : The rooms were big, and exceptionally clean. But the decor is incredibly basic, and the bathroom appearance reminded me of a care home. The reception staff were very nice and spoke ok English. However, no other staff (ie restaurant staff) had any second languages, which is something you may expect in a hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, as were the communal areas. Air con worked well. Pool was nice, but deck chairs are tired.
  : The food in the restaurant was terrible, and expensive. The decor in communal areas, the rooms, restaurant is very tired. Staff can only communicate with you in Italian, so ordering is difficult. However this is the same in the whole area of Porto Cesreo. We speak a couple of languages fluently, unfortunately Italian is not one, so we struggled.The wifi is ancient. You need to re enter two codes every time you open your phone to use it.The beach beads are 50 euros a day, and even then, you are packed into an incredibly busy beach which is unpleasant.If booking through booking.com be aware of extra taxes and costs for cots etc in room, as you will be hit with a big bill at the end of your stay!

  : The breakfast could have been better, and the beach is not 350m away as stated. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach which is 2 km drive away.

  : They should not advertise as wifi available. If you are lucky it takes you 5 minutes to see the wifi then another 5-10 minutes to connect then you to put in the information they provide, and after 15 - 30 minutes, you are on but hold. It kicks you out and you have to do it all again. If your room 2nd floor no wifi. If you go to breakfast or the pool no wifi. while they have clear access to the internet, they don't give customers the luxury of having wifi. This is my experience on. the first day after that they told me wifi had a problem and it would be fixed the next day but it was never fixed and I had no Wi-Fi access the rest of my stay. They even had nerve to say most people have internet on their phone
