  : Large free parking available, in the walking distance to the center of Funchal. Close to Banana plantation and hypermaket Sol-Mar.
  : No AC, too hot in the night. One chair in the room for two? Crazy...No kettle to prepare tea of coffee. Shared lounge/TV area? Only TV with 2 armchairs at the reception. 3 tables in front of the reception is a picnic area? it is a joke... Never go there - you pay only for the location. No added value...

  : Quiet, big parking lot, good shower pressure, that's about it
  : the location was far away from the city center and didn't feel safe at all, really bad neighbourhood, we had to find taxi's to get out of that street without being afraid; the room was underwhelming to say the least, and the facilities as well - we bought our own towels because we didn't want to touch the ones they gave us as they didn't seem clean; had to buy our own hair dryer and iron as they didn't have any; the windows did not open properly, so you felt as if you didn't have enough air to breathe(they thankfully offered a fan that helped a bit); the beds were sooo uncomfortable, the mattresses should have been thrown away a long time ago, they were half hard and half soft, with springs sticking in your back all night long; huge cockroach seen outside our window, so were afraid they might get inside, but we couldn't close the windows because we would suffocate in that room; the shower kept flooding; Bible verses on the walls...bottom line, if you want to enjoy that beautiful island, DO NOT STAY HERE!

  : No air conditioning so it was extremly hot during the night; no balcony to dry towels etc; walls are not that thick so we heard a baby crying next door several times during the night; internet connection very low and although they have wifi, it wasnt working in the room.

  : For a 100 per night, it was very basic. Now I knew this was the price and I understand it is peak season, but 60-75 a night would have been more appropriate.
