  : 1. The staff was always available by phone.2. Its location in the city center is convenient for people without cars who plan to visit just Ponta Delgada city itself.3. The breakfast basket had a good variety.
  : 1. The second floor has no lift.2. The room was a loft, and I hit my head several times on the ceiling because there were no plugs anywhere except there.3. I had requested a room with a garden view a few days before our arrival, but they gave us a room with a street view.4. The heating system had problems on the first night, so we asked for extra blankets and a small heater.5. There was almost no hot water whenever we wanted to use the shower. The staff told us to try again in 20 minutes when the hot water cylinder would be full, but it was only lukewarm water.6. If you plan to rent a car, note that the free car parks nearby are often full.

  : It was freezing cold, very humid, lack of warm water, everything covered with water - even the hairdryer was soaking wet. There was a portable heater provided but it didnt help much.

  : Staff was helpful and accommodating, fair price, privacy
  : It was pretty hard to get onto the top of the bunk bed. I'm not super fit, but never had this problem anywhere lol. Room was a bit poor, just bed, table, chair and a wardrobe in the hallway. This was fine but what made working quite difficult was that there aren't any sockets near the bed. All in all it was fair for the price and good enough if you just need a private place to stay.

  : Location is in the center of the city but it was a quest with the parking. The breakfast was nice.
  : The water was mostly cold, the hairdryer was broken and could kill somebody. No one clean the room and changed the towels. When changing of towels was requested they were eventually changed from the second try. The room is small and most probably was designed for one. It was extremely cold in the room, refrigerator frizzed our food to ice. Salad didnt not survive.
