Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: A very spacious property in a quiet location, but close enough to walk to the centre and get transport to other parts of the island. It has all you need for self-catering, a great shower, super terrace, pool, TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, dishwasher and washing machine, and an abundance of oranges. We appreciated being able to check-in early.
: It is cold inside in April! As it was early season the property may have not been prepared fully as the gas was not onand the bedroom was hard to heat (but lounge very straightforward.) It would be helpful to have a sign outside of the property as it is gated and set back from the road.

: Perfect, secluded situation just a short walk from Pollensa. The property is easy to keep cool and comfortable and has a modern kitchen with lovely outdoor sitting and eating/bbq areas. The pool was clean and well maintained.
: It would benefit from new/more plates, glasses and cooking equipment. Fine if youre going to eat out loads (we did) but tricky to cook up a feast at home

: Location was great, a short walk into Pollenca and near enough to supermarkets, beach and other amenities to drive. The villa was clean, very peaceful and not overlooked by other properties.
: The air conditioning unit in the main double bedroom was broken so we had to spend the first 3 nights sleeping on the living room floor until the owner had the problem fixed. Management company sent a member of staff to assess the problem quickly, followed by a technician who had a look at the unit then disappeared, before eventually sending someone to fix it the follow day. But it was still almost half of our holiday in which we couldn't use the main bedroom. On our final morning, the cleaning staff arrived 20 minutes before checkout time, which put some pressure on us to hurry.
