: The location is fantastic. It was a very short walk to the main square. We come to Pollenca every year and this is the best location we have ever had.
: The restricted use of A/C - We had an unwell child (tooth infection). She had a high temperature, and we asked that the A/C be switched on outside the informed hours of use (1400 to 1600 and 2000 to 0800). We were told this was not possible. I am not sure if this is a company restriction or a government restriction. Also, there is a strict leaving policy regarding the removal of rubbish and how clean the villa is. Finally, the bedroom on the lower level is not connected internally to the main house and can only be reached via steps outside. This might be important if you have younger children.

: The location and view was fabulous. We did find parking outside the property. There were lots of different areas for catching the sun or shade. Great pool. Great barbeque. Third bedroom and shower room was great, much better than family bathroom, but was located downstairs via an outside stone stairway so felt away from the family.
: First impression, the lock box holding the keys was very difficult to open. Keys not labelled. The property wasnt very clean. Under beds very dusty. Shower was great but soaked the bathroom floor which was carpeted ! Outside furniture was old and cushions full of cat hair. Quite a lot of steps making it difficult with small children. The third bedroom was accessed by outside steps which made it feel like you were staying in two separate properties, may suit some, but we had come away as a family and felt isolated. We were expecting cleaners once in the stay, this didnt happen.
