: A modern, functional villa surrounded by fruit orchards, just 10-15mins walk from lovely Latchi. Everything is cleanly tiled or pale granite, so really nice and clean-feeling. The pool area is lovely and the pool quite a good size. The excellent Mr Nepal was on hand to help us if we needed anything.
: The man who came to fix the pool at the villa next door (owned by the same company) was remarkably rude. I would definitely consider using a different pool maintenance company.

: No breakfast was offered. The property is located very close to services, and within a 5 minute drive from the beach.
: It was a great disappointment that we had to pay extra money for air-conditioning in the sitting room and kitchen areas, despite the information provided on the site of booking.com that it was a fully air-conditioned apartment and the announcement that was posted within the property that "air-conditioning is free of charge and a gift from the owner". Moreover, nothing is provided by the owner for the first day of arrival, not even basic things like toilette paper, a bottle of water, liquid soap, etc. The mattress on the bed was particularly uncomfortable and needs to be change.

: Was not cleaned well after previous guests, all doors is very noisy.

: The pictures doesnt do the villa justice. Really big pool and outdoor space for BBQ.Rooms are spacious; and added benefits of three bathrooms.
: We had a small issue with one of the window blind; which got resolved after a bit of confusion.wasnt expecting to pay extra for air conditioning downstairs - this isnt stated on the booking page
