  : Good location near beach, marina, restaurant, or if you want to visit and explore the NE part of Cyprus, only few minutes by car to center of town. The host was very helpful ( we couldnt find the apt as we came at dark, helped us turn on heating, always available on the phone -Thank you.
  : We visited in winter and the appartment is not suitable for that (only one thin blanket). The wifi was catastrofe - works for few minutes then disapears. Outside light on steep stairs didnt work.

  : The studio inside is good, the toilet the second day was not working, the steps on the side which lead to the studio where very dirty with the birds dirt. The light outside the studio door it is not working, there3fore in the evening you will need a torch or your phone's light.

  : 1. Upon arrival called host to ask where is the apartment he was rude & raised his voice at me, G&E Aprtments he told me. 2. The property we were given was not what we booked! 2. Property that we first went to there was a leak from bathroom and water all over the floor , called host, he even asked us if we could switch off the toilet tap as that was a possability for the leak. 3. Next door apatment was available, fridge was not working & it is a disgusting place!! I chose EMILIA 11 STUDIO, as it had a good rating from Booking.Com as I always use booking.com for this reason. This is not Booking.Com's fault but the hosts'.

  : Location is really nice
  : There was no warm water and we had issues with ants...Definitely no value for money, it should be around 40 a night.

  : -Dirty-No air condition- did not work-Shower very weak - you can't take a shower-Owner lied to me saying there was a new air condition while it was at least 10 years old and did NOT work-The apartments feel like they are abandoned

  : Location was ok, other than that nothing
  : Property was poorly cleaned, there were small roaches in the bathroom which is unspeakable. Sheets had hair remnants suggesting that there were poorly washed. Location was sent by the host but to find the exact room was a nightmare as we arrived late in the night. Overall a bad bad experience
