  : The rooftop terrace had a fantastic view where breakfast was served as well as a bar for drinks in the early evenings. The breakfast was great as you could choose a prepared meal. We were really impressed with the quality. The location was great and right in the centre of town. The staff were helpful with booking us transfers to our parked car out of town.
  : It would have been great to have a kettle, iron and ironing board in the room.

  : The location was very good, the size of the room was good, the terrace and breakfast service was very good.
  : The room was incredibly simply decorated and furnished. By simple I mean it was too bare and the furniture was very very basic. Our air conditioning unit was broken and kept dripping water every 1 second which woke me up. We had to turn it off and the we couldn't sleep because we were very hot. The reception guys were adamant there was nothing wrong with it other than 'condensation'. To be fair they did eventually get an engineer in who fixed it (so there clearly had been a problem). Other than that it's a nice place, and had the room rate been cheaper then I wouldn't have minded so much. But at 440 per night (when we stayed at a 5* hotel in Lecce for 240 per night) the value for money was very poor.

  : The location was perfect, both right in the centre of town in a beautiful piazza and also backed directly onto the ocean cliffs with stunning views. We really loved our room, it was on the top floor and had a lovely little balcony that overlooked the piazza aswell as a side view of the ocean. It was wonderfully relaxing leaving the balcony doors open and listening to the hustle and bustle of the cafes below.Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful, with uninterrupted ocean views and we were served both days by a very kind and helpful lady (unfortunately we cannot remember her name).
  : Some of the staff were not very helpful, for example, we were charged for 'welcome drinks' which we were told would be free however nobody stated which drinks were free or would be included. Secondly, although the transfer from the car park to the hotel is a great service, the transfer member of staff was very unwelcoming upon our arrival, grabbing our bags but not communicating that he was the transfer service or which hotel he would be taking us to.
