  : We came to ski. This hotel is so close to the slopes. Definitely the closest hotel. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. All staff really really helpful and went above and beyond to help when they could. The two bed suite was perfect. Bigger than we expected with 3 tvs.

  : The location, the bed, the waiter.
  : We booked a junior suite, for 2 adults and a kid. Unfortunately, this was a nightmare room, with the main room situated upstairs. But, after two floors without elevators, we found other stairs inside, that are very dangerous because are round and steep and very narrow. In the night is not a good ideea to go to bathroom wich is downstairs. Also, it is a big challenge to get the luggage downstairs. Plus: the living room was very smal and has a couch with some iron pipes that you feel from the matress. Downstairs we felt like in a closet, without space, a very unconfortable place for a suite with such a big price. The hot water in the shower has not enough pressure and you do not have in the shower any shelf or other space to keep your things. A big problem is also the outside stairs, wich is not proper for a ski hotel, because the surface is very slippery. The fact is that our friend slipped and fell on those stairs. The restaurant is closing very early in the evening, a problem for a holyday hotel, but I dont recommend it. The chef is some pakistany boy without big skills. He burned almost all the food and the dinner was like in a cheap restaurant, but for a 4 stars price. The big advantage of this hotel is the location, few meters to ski gondola, but the value for price is very bad. Next time we will try other hotel in the area, there are some options on the street. PS - be carefull with parking, they extra charge any hour before and after checkin and check out.

  : Clean and comfortable, large bedroom and ensuite bathroom, good breakfast and right next to the ski slopes.
  : No lift up the stairs to our room, which is not usually an issue for me, but with a heavy suitcase this time it was a bit of hard work getting it up there. I only had to do it once though so cant really complain too much.
