: The spa was greatBig room with generous balcony (unfortunately, no privacy on the balcony, neighbors could easily hear and see us from their balcony)
: In the bathroom, we met an annoying smell from the drainage system.Place for serving the included breakfast was to small for the total number of persons in this period of the year, hard to find a free table to have our breakfast.

: The toilet in my room had a smell after flashing such that I had to close the toilet door constantly. When we arrived, our rooms were not ready and this despite arriving an hour later that it was convened with the hotel.

: Room was very good, with a generous sized beds and comfy pillows. The cleanliness was wonderful. Smart TV with netflix/youtube. Wifi connection was good. Pools were ok, the water was clean and worm enough for the small kids/babies. The included breakfast was generous, with good quality and variety of food. Very nice and well equiped playgorund for the kids with dedicated personnell and activities in the evenings.
: For dinner and lunch the prices are quite high in the restaurant, especially if you compare with the portion sizes, they do not match the presentation photos of the menu either. In other words, you are paying premium for small portions and regular quality food. A personal issue I have faced in the restaurant, all table chairs are covered in sheep fur, if you are alergic to animal hair like myself, this might be a problem. The construction itself is quite old and this is obvious on some certain areas, for example the furniture, the tiles in the toillet or the wood in the balcony. - this point has had no impact in my evaluation, there is nothing major from my perspective, I just wrote it down for the other users.

: Our visit was an unmitigated disaster. Any issue brought up to the management was answered with: yes, you are right, we know. Nothing was resolved at any point.
: Our room was not available until late in the evening. The staff said that unfortunately they had a large group that did not leave on time. The room (401) had: damaged carped, damaged furniture, one shower not working and generally falling apart. Management said yes, it is due for refurbishment. The breakfast room was not available (again because there was a large group that had used it) so breakfast was moved in to the much smaller restaurant. This meant crowded breakfasts, pancake machine not available, poor selection in general.
