  : Lovely hotel with great facilities. Couldn't use outdoor pools due to bad weather but they looked really nice. Entertainment in the evenings was very good, and the food was nice with good variety.Great hotel for families, and close to the beach and train station for a visit to Barcelona.
  : The reception is very poor, the staff are nice but there was a constant queue which we would be stood in for over 30 mins. Had to abandon my query on more than one occasion due to time spent waiting. We were also wrongly advised on the late checkout process which let to an ordeal the morning of, but it was handled by the staff working which was great.The indoor pool while greatly appreciated was not the cleanest. Pool side was clean and the toilets but the water wasn't clean.Also we were not advised on check in that the air conditioning unit would only be letting out hot air not cold so we had two very uncomfortable nights out of our total of 3.

  : The Bar Havana and staff in there and the other bars were very attentive and pleasant. We had rain for most of the trip so sadly can't comment on the rest of the outdoor facilities but there is huge amounts of outdoor space and sunbeds etc. The hotel is right in front of the beach and our room had a beautiful sea view. The rooms are very spacious and have a fridge also.
  : - Before we checked in I asked if it was possible for a ground floor room as I am heavily pregnant at the time of travelling, this was ignored. - Reception staff were not very helpful - there was a large kids sports group with some adults staying during our stay and every night we were unable to sleep due to the noise of kids running up and down the corridors, and shouting and screaming at the pool and communal spaces well after 10pm. We used the WhatsApp messaging service to contact reception which was ignored. We notified reception the following day and were first of all told the group had gone home and then that we should have complained earlier. We shouldn't have to! Someone should take responsibility and ask this group to leave. - Breakfast was chaotic with this group staying as well with kids running around out of control, again either an issue for the parents but the hotel should have some responsibility for the rest of their guests.- Noise was a general issue from the floor we were on from rooms surrounding us the whole time we were there and even after we complained at reception, we still had to phone down at night time to alert them the noise was continuing. - As our stay went on the "cleaning" became of poorer quality with bins left unemptied and beds not made. - we understand that due to weather families with kids we're using the indoor pool facility however it was extremely full of children and unable to be used. We were really disappointed in our stay especially for non peak season.

  : It was the worst experience, we tried few hotels on that seacoast, this hotel was terrible
  : dis sanitation, bugs in the room, dirty bathroom. We ordered a room with one double bed and one single. But they gave us three single beds, the reception service was very rude, receptionist with name Charlotte surprised me with her rudeness and indiscretion. When I showed her pictures of a bug running under the pillow she told me : what doYou want me to do? Shall I go and clean it?4* star hotel

  : The hotel and rooms were very clean. Attention to derail is very good.
  : The breakfast was not worth the money. Same food every morning. Some services were not available as adverised. Food and drinks at hotel are very expensive. Walls of tge rooms are very thin. Could hear everything from next door.

  : Big hotel, lots of entertainment as pools, bar, nice views and amazing location. Also nice that they have cava during breakfast.
  : Pool closes too soon. Breakfast has lots of food but not so tasty.

  : equipment, cleanliness was great.
  : many of the receptionists didn't even speak English. and the ones I managed to talk didn't help. we came to the competition with a group and they didn't succeed in anything we asked for help.

  : The room was a little small for 3 of us. but it worked. It was kept clean by Antonia, who did a great job of cleaning and stocking the room.
  : It would have been nice to have an adult only floor or section, since there a lot of children running down the halls and yelling. Don't know where the parents were.
