  : I didnt like the property whatsoever.
  : First and foremost property is in complete distress. I traveled here with about 30 family members and there is no way were coming back even if you payed me. We stayed at this property for 11 days because no other hotel could book us last minute. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. I would give it 2.5 stars on its best day. It was not clean and the up keep wasnt there. The food for the (all inclusive) was like a middle school lunch room. The beverages included were bottom shelf options. We travel to Spain with this group every year and this has to be the worst hotel weve ever been too. Dont let the pictures fool you youll have to cross the street to use the beach and it is a public beach. When you ask for towels at the hotel they want to charge $10. The pool is old and in distress like the rest of the hotel. Watch out for the local pickpockets in the area they are good at what they do.

  : Property was very dated. Photos looked like it was almost on the beach but there was a main road and train line before the beach. Unfortunately the area was just not for us. Cannot understand the 4 star rating.

  : The booking explanation about this hotel says that the hotel is suitable for families, but for me this is not absolutely true, since it is quite noisy in the evening. One recommendation from my side, it is good to change the seals on the balcony doors!

  : Room - The view from the balcony was the best thing about the room - you could see the sea. Breakfast - The pancakes and pre packed chocolate shortcakes. Dinner - Variety. Veal was cooked beautifully and the Spanish ham selections were good, along with the cheeses. Facilities - Evening entertainment was good and most staff were friendly.
  : Room - The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. Breakfast - Sausages were basically tiny hot dogs and the orange juice was way too sugary for human consumption. Bread could have been warm. Dinner - Pizza night, you didn't get a slice at all as the queue was always more mature guests lining up getting more pizza for their table. Facilities - The swimming pool was tiny and cold all the time.

  : Enjoyed the view from our balcony and the location was convenient for local amenities.
  : The food bufets were beautifully presented but but lacked quality in content. The items cooked fresh by a chef often comprised little more than burgers and hot dogs The bar and entertainment area was noisy with little more than Karaoke on offer The behavioral habits of one group of guests brought hygiene issues into question and to some degree, could be intimidating. This was not not the fault of the group but it was not the holiday we expected.
